Job Summary :
Configuration Management has end-to-end responsibility for managing network acceptance and changes to the network. Supports Fault management ,CM Reporting & Performance Management
Requirements:
- New Site Creation 2G, 3G & LTE and Site Migration
- To perform license activation & PR file activation
- TRX addition/deletion and other configuration changes (BSIC, HSN, LAC, and MAIO Change), Neighbour addition/deletion at BSC end.
- Plan preparation & execution in OSS for mass parameter changes in BSC/BTS
- Supports Maintenance CM tools like CM operation manager, Editor, SW manager etc..
- Hands on knowledge on BSC migration, PCU pooling, Software upgrades, BSC Rehoming, GB over IP, Packet abis implementation, NSN NetAct CM applications
- Good knowledge on Nokia DX200 & IPA80 platforms
Skills :
- CCNA certification
- Good communication skill,
- Sound knowledge on 2G, 3G & LTE technology,
- Able to coordinate with customer efficiently,
- Willing to work in 24×7 operations
