Responsibility
- 2nd Line troubleshooting support to GDC NI L1 engineers in case of advance level problems.
- Able to assume roles of / as L1 engineer in case of project load / demand when demanded
- Integrating 2G, 3G and 4G sites within SITs
- Swap and Modernization of 2G, 3G and 4G sites within standard and agreed SITs
- Rehoming of 2G, 3G and 4G sites within Maintenance Window
- Upgrade of 2G, 3G and 4G sites within SITs
- Coordination with field teams during activity if required
- Highlighting technical issues to 2nd Level / Tier 2 engineers in case any risk is foreseen to integrate sites within SITs
- Highlighting roadblocks to TLs in case any risk is foreseen to integrate sites within SITs
- Filling in checklist in Cronos for every NI activity performed
- Cross functioning and working in more than one NI projects based on seniority
- Adherence of NI process checklists
- Sending handover emails to customer after completion of activity based on project specific process
