- Familiar with latest SW release and associated features
KPI Optimisation
- Should be able to interpret RAN KPI’s to check day-to-day performance.
- Parameter Optimization, by setting up the 3G Network values to improve the KPIs according to the pre-defined thresholds;
- Experience in 3G/LTE Radio networks (Optimization), Multivendor portfolio is added advantage;
- Excellent knowledge on 3G/LTE KPIs and counters
- Top Offender Analysis, evaluating the 3G/LTE RF Network, identifying the top offenders according to the pre-defined KPIs and propose changes in the network. (Logical and Physical).
- Understanding and familiarity of RAN infrastructure, Software Releases
Planning
- Should be able to do high-level and low level design for green field network and network expansion
- Should be able to do nominal planning and coverage prediction for newly planned nodes
- Should be able to provide Network dimensioning for new network and capacity forecast.
Drive Test Analysis
- Drive-Test analysis for optimization purposes, checking the coverage and capacity status.
- Cell dominant analysis and interference analysis by using drive test post processing tools
Tools
- Excellent knowledge on vendor specific optimisation tools like NETACT, CM operation manager, CM Editor, NETNUMEN, RNO etc
- Excellent knowledge on post processing tools like Nemo Analyzer, TEMS, Actix
- Excellent knowledge on planning tools like Asset, RANDIM,
Individual Skills
- Should be able to work in team or individually
- Very good communication skills and English.
- Willing to work in different customer zones
