Scope of Services
- Education qualification: BE/Diploma
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Network integration with various technologies like 2G/3G/LTE. In addition to Nokia experience, knowledge (Netwrok integration or configuration) on other vendor equipment like Huwaei, Ericsson//, ZTE will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 must have skills / questions
- Well knowledge on 2G/3G/LTE BTS configuration/integration (2G/3G/LTE sites, Flexi/High Cap/McBSC, Calssic/McRNC)
- Capability to handle trouble shooting during network integration or site creation
- Must know about Nokia Tools ñ OSS/NetAct, NAdc,etc
- Willingness to work continuous night shifts (15 to 20 Nigh shifts per month)
- Good Communication skill to handle the customer in India and outside as well.
- Flexibility on coming in shifts according to the various country’s time zones.
- Flexibility on working for various customer rather working with same customer for long time(Pooled Team).
- Knowledge on Multi vendor equipment configuration.
- Ready to work in abroad if required.
