  • Second Level  Alarm analysis of all the VAS Nodes & correction
  • All Service Affecting alarms monitoring and escalation as per escalation matrix for service Outages, connectivity issues, signaling issues, Hardware failures , application, provisioning issues, etc..)
  • FM related Real time Clear codes & Monitoring utilization
  • Alarm correlation and remapping
  • Festival Season FM handling
  • Preventive maintenance and correction
  • All VAS nodes health checks and reports
  • Software backup for all VAS NEs
  • NE audit of VAS nodes ( O & M audit Daily,weekly,Monthly,Yearly)
  • Alarm analysis of all the Nodes.
  • Team player with strong focus to contribute to overall team success
  • Should be able to handle under work pressure and maintain composure.
  • Providing support to Audit, Security teams in providing necessary data
  • Guarantee the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Has to follow escalation matrix and maintain SLA’S/KPI’S
